House rules

The primary Guest is responsible for ensuring that the accommodation is left in the condition it was in upon check-in. Primary Guest shall be liable for any damages caused by his or her own acts and omissions (including without limitation failure to timely vacate the accommodation) and also for the acts and omissions of any individuals that Primary Guest invites or otherwise allows into the accommodation.
Online check-in with ID collection and deposit pre-authorisation is required prior to arrival.
For stays over 2 weeks, a weekly mid-stay cleaning (charged at the same price as a cleaning fee) must be paid, this will include a full change of linen and general cleaning, this will be arranged directly with your hosts.

Guest access

We have created a no-contact system to allow our guests to check-in into the property by filling in an Online Check-In form and check in without any contact.

The property is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

We give our guests full privacy although we are always available either by phone, text or in the app itself if anything is needed.

There's plenty of free non allocated parking available usually on East Dock Road.

Once booked you receive a self-check-in form, which requires you to scan your ID and credit card, pre-authorise a security deposit and sign terms and conditions. After this info is processed your access codes are released and you can access the property via a lockbox.
