• Online check-in and pre-authorisation of a security deposit are required before arrival.
• For stays longer than 7 days, a mid-stay clean (including linen change) will be arranged and charged at the standard cleaning fee.
• Pets are welcome upon approval and subject to a small fee.
• Strictly no parties or events. Quiet hours apply after 10pm.
