The primary guest is responsible for ensuring that the accommodation is left in the condition it was in upon check-in. Primary Guest shall be liable for any damages caused by his or her own acts and omissions (including without limitation failure to timely vacate the accommodation) and also for the acts and omissions of any individuals that Primary Guest invites or otherwise allows into the accommodation.
Online check-in with ID Scan and deposit pre-authorisation are required prior to arrival.
For stays over 2 weeks, a weekly mid-stay cleaning (charged at the same price as a cleaning fee) week must be paid, this will include a full change of linen and general cleaning, this will be arranged directly with your hosts.
Pet charges are applied on top of the booking fee.
We will provide you with an online concierge app that allows you to check-in online and collect all the information needed for your self-check-in.
The keys are picked up from a keynest facility that is a 3-minute walk from the main door.
The apartment is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.
The apartment is located in a residential building. While this provides great safety and security, we kindly ask all our guests to keep noise to a minimum while entering and leaving the building.
Accessible via stairs or a lift. Two available options, one of which should always be accessible. It is important to note, though, that the lift, while frequently available, is not guaranteed due to potential maintenance or unforeseen issues.
Don't forget to check your guest area, we have tried to offer you a nice way to explore the city!
Once booked you receive a self-check-in form, which requires you to scan your ID and credit card, pre-authorise a security deposit and sign terms and conditions. After this info is processed your access codes are released and you can access the property via self-check-in.
Self check in - keys are collected from a Key Nest and the information for this is given out on the day of check in.

We were cautious about doing this outside of the air b and b app, but we were reassured by their professionalism. The apartment was well equipped, really comfy beds and great location! August 2024It was good value for money on the whole. Looked same as the photos which is always good. However the flat did seem to be in a student accommodation building and sadly the lift didn’t work. That wasn’t a reflection on the flat BUT maybe should have been mentioned as there were 5 floors to climb with our luggage. The location was very easy access to all amenities in the centre.

August 20245th floor apartment and broken lift but hosts responsive. we had a good stay, just one night and it's a lovely spot, clean and well cared for. unfortunately I hadn't realised it was 5th floor and as hosts not on site there was not any up to date info about the lift being broken. With luggage, two +70 year old and heat it meant we just stayed out in Bristol for as much time as possible and didn't really use the flay except to sleep. Hosts did refund cleaning fee as goodwill gesture. To get the key you have to visit a local shop and also pay a security deposit. I hadn't realised this on booking either. Hosts very responsive.

August 2024Great apartment for celebratory weekend away with 80+ mother-in-law. Enjoyed the two bathrooms, social space, use of kitchen, and location. (Yes, the cutlery is tricky to find - read the manual!) Didn't particularly like providing details to a separate app, but it was actually very useful, so I'm not complaining. We had very good communication from Pedro and Alina over specific queries (early check-in and reporting that the lift didn't work). Excellent customer service. We parked in a space we found via Just Park. When we dropped off/checked in, we paid for about 30 min at Queen Square, which was just a few minutes away. Thoroughly recommend the apartment!

July 2024We had a really nice stay at Pedro & Alina's place. Their apartment is spotlessly clean with a nice terrace and in the centre of town so close to bars and restaurants. Helpful and fast communication from hosts. The property is easy to find & check in simple to do although an earlier check in would be better.

Esta situación nunca se mencionó que se tenia que hacer, si no, hasta que llegamos al apartamento y tardamos una hora par poder recibir las indicaciones y poder ingresar.

June 2024El apartamento esta muy bien situado, cerca de zona comercial, autobuses, restaurantes y bares. Esta muy limpio y con comodidades. Lo negativo del apartamento para nosotros es que al reservar con Airbnb y pagarlo sin posibilidad de reembolso en contra de las normas de Airbnb de comunicarse y pagar siempre a través de Airbnb e incluso con las indicaciones de la atención al cliente, el anfitrión te manda a otra plataforma para registrarse, escanear identificación y escanear una tarjeta de crédito con un depósito para darte las claves de entrada. No me sirve que Airbnb me diga que no tengo que hacerlo porque ya hay un seguro para anfitriones y para clientes, hasta que lo haces no tienes opción para alojarte. Creo que no es correcto tener que registrarte y dar documentación en 2 plataformas .

May 2024We needed a place to explore Bristol and allow us to relax and sleep well. This ticked all the boxes. It was a good size, clean, had comfortable bedrooms with storage and the luxury of 2 bathrooms with toiletries and a well equipped kitchen with basics etc. We were absolutely central to everything - the Cathedral, St Nick's Market, Cabot Circus shopping and loads of restaurants and hip coffee shops. It felt safe being on the 5th floor (with working lift). People who complain re city noise always amuse me. We always pack ear plugs and I slept so well even with the window open. Alina was always quick to respond to queries and their booking in platform works well. It is packed with info and instructions. We appreciated being able to check in early and the key pick up was so handy - a 2 minute walk and it avoids the hassle of trying to meet up with a host. We were delighted with everything and will definitely use if in the area again. PS don't forget to use the waterbus for a mini cruise!

February 2024Good things: The apartment was lovely and spacious, and it was useful having two bathrooms. The living room and kitchen were lovely too. The hosts were very responsive and it was so nice being able to have the dog there. The heating was great and you could have the place very warm if you wanted to. I really liked the balcony as well, it would be great in summer. The location was amazing, really close to lots of places. Things that are good to be aware of: The apartment is near a busy part of town and through the night you can hear bin lorries and occasionally people coming back from nights out. The windows face another block of flats which have constant lights on, so the rooms don't get very dark in the night. This was just something I noticed more with our baby with us - I don't think it would have bothered me normally :)

January 2024El alojamiento es tal cual se describe en el anuncio y fotografías. Muy céntrico y con muy buen acceso al alojamiento. El bus del aeropuerto a escasos 5 minutos. Nosotros llegamos a altas horas de la noche y facilitaron en todo momento el acceso. Buena comunicación con los propietarios. Si volvemos a Bristol ya sabemos dónde alojarnos nuevamente. I didn’t love having to pick up and drop the keys somewhere else and all the fuzz of having to deal with Urban Oasis’ own system and internal communication channels. It is not something I expect when booking through Airbnb but at least the service was good.
