The Pontcanna Pearl, located at 86 Ryder Street, is a thoughtfully renovated apartment offering a unique blend of history and modern luxury. The open-plan living space features a modern kitchen, a cozy corner sofa, and an elegant dining area overlooking a leafy street. The three bedrooms are beautifully appointed with high-quality furnishings and luxurious bedding. Nestled in the chic Pontcanna village, our location is unbeatable. Many of Cardiff’s finest restaurants, bars, and coffee shops are on the doorstep. The neighbourhood boasts a rich cultural scene and was voted one of the best suburbs in the UK by the Daily Telegraph. It’s a short walk from Cardiff city centre, Sophia Gardens, and the beautiful Bute Park, with quick access to Cardiff Castle and Principality Stadium.
The primary guest is responsible for ensuring that the accommodation is left in the condition it was in upon check-in. Primary Guest shall be liable for any damages caused by his or her own acts and omissions (including without limitation failure to timely vacate the accommodation) and also for the acts and omissions of any individuals that Primary Guest invites or otherwise allows into the accommodation.
Online check-in and deposit pre-authorisation are required prior to arrival.
For stays over 2 weeks, a weekly mid-stay cleaning (charged at the same price as a cleaning fee) week must be paid, this will include a full change of linen and general cleaning, this will be arranged directly with your hosts.
Pet charges are applied on top of the booking fee.
Guests will have complete access to the entire apartment, which includes an open-plan kitchen, living room, three bedrooms, and a bathroom. Please note that you will need to climb stairs immediately after opening the front door to reach the living quarters.

The apartment is part of a residential community, hence hen, stag parties, or loud noises are not allowed. It's not suitable for children under the age of 2. For safety, the entryway and outside the property are monitored by CCTV. The property promotes an eco-friendly lifestyle in line with Cardiff Council's One Planet Cardiff Vision. Free street parking is available within 3 minute walks from the property but may be limited at peak times. We provide you with a map on where to find possible available free parking in the area,
Once booked you receive a self-check-in form, which requires you to scan your ID and credit card, pre-authorise a security deposit and sign terms and conditions. After this info is processed your access codes are released and you can access the property via a lockbox.
